      During this 21 days period of prayers and fasting, you are on The Daniel's Diet. You will be indulging in certain foods while abstaining from your enjoyment of particular food, beverages, entertainment or habits to detoxicate your mind, body and soul; filling this void with God. The fasting allows God to empower and transform you, your life and your current situation; you become healthier mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially. 



      Please, test your servants for ten days, and let us be given some vegetables to eat and water to drink.

      What is the Daniel Fast?

      The Daniel Fast is the deliberate and intentional dedication to focus on God for three weeks (Daniel 10:3) through prayers and fasting with a special diet of fruits and vegetables, known as the Daniel's Diet (Daniel 1:12).



      Different Types of Fasting 

      There are various kinds of fasting:

      • Absolute Fast. No food or water.
      • Standard Fast. Water Only Fast; known as the
      • Partial Fast. Avoidance of specific food or beverage types. 
      • Intermittent Fast. Setting a restricted eating window for each day, for instance, eating after 6 p.m- 12 pm

      The Biblical Reference of The Daniel's FAST

      In those days, I, Daniel, had been mourning for three entire weeks. I did not eat any tasty food, nor did meat or wine enter my mouth, nor did I use any ointment at all until the entire three weeks were completed.

        Please test us for ten days on a diet of vegetables and water,” Daniel said.  “At the end of the ten days, see how we look compared to the other young men who are eating the king’s food. Then make your decision in light of what you see.”  The attendant agreed to Daniel’s suggestion and tested them for ten days.

        At the end of the ten days, Daniel and his three friends looked healthier and better nourished than the young men who had been eating the food assigned by the king. so after that, the attendant fed them only vegetables instead of the food and wine provided for the others.
